DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Pornstars.bio respects the intellectual property rights of creators, performers, photographers, studios, publishers, and other rights holders. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement or other rights-related concerns associated with content appearing on Pornstars.bio (the “Website”). We welcome direct contact from rights holders and their authorized representatives.
1. Our Content and Third-Party Media
The Website publishes editorial performer profiles, commentary, images where used, and links to third-party websites. Some pages display embedded video players supplied by external services. An embedded video may stream from a third-party server rather than from Pornstars.bio. External destinations and embedded players remain subject to the policies and controls of their respective operators.
We review credible reports about materials displayed, embedded, linked, or otherwise made accessible through the Website. Where appropriate, we may remove a page element, disable an embed or link, edit a post, or refer the matter to the originating host. The fact that media is available on another website does not, by itself, establish permission to reuse it.
2. Dedicated Copyright Contact
For copyright complaints, requests for removal, rights-clearance inquiries, or concerns about unauthorized use of a performer’s image or likeness, please contact:
Pornstars.bio — Copyright Complaints Contact
Email: hello@pornstars.wiki
Website: https://pornstars.bio/
This mailbox is the Website’s published electronic reporting channel. It should not be interpreted as confirmation that a statutory DMCA designated agent has been registered with the United States Copyright Office. Where Section 512 agent designation applies and safe-harbor protection is sought, the required agent details must also be publicly provided and registered separately.
3. How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you believe material on Pornstars.bio infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to hello@pornstars.wiki containing substantially the following:
- Your full legal name and sufficient contact information, including an email address and, preferably, a mailing address and phone number.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works on the Website.
- The exact Pornstars.bio URL for each allegedly infringing item, and enough detail to locate the disputed text, image, embed, or link.
- A description of your ownership or authority to act for the copyright owner, including supporting references where useful.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
- Your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed legal name at the end of the notice.
Please use the subject line Copyright Takedown Notice – Pornstars.bio. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unlawful imagery with your initial report. We may request additional information if necessary to identify the material and evaluate the claim.
4. Review and Removal Process
We aim to assess sufficiently detailed copyright complaints promptly and to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material expeditiously when appropriate under applicable law. Our response may include disabling a player, removing a thumbnail or image, taking down an article or link, or contacting the original host. If a complaint concerns media hosted by a separate provider, contacting that provider may also be necessary to secure removal from its servers.
We may retain limited records of notices, decisions, and correspondence for legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. Filing a notice does not guarantee deletion of content from websites controlled by third parties.
5. Counter-Notifications
If material you supplied was disabled or removed following a copyright complaint and you believe this resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to hello@pornstars.wiki. A counter-notification intended to satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) should identify the removed material and its former location, provide your full name, physical address, phone number, and signature, and include:
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)(D) and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Where the statutory counter-notice procedure applies, restoration may occur no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies us that a court action seeking to restrain the disputed use has been filed. We do not guarantee reinstatement where separate legal, safety, or contractual grounds warrant continued removal.
6. Repeat Infringement and Misuse
Where the Website permits third parties to provide or submit content, we maintain a policy of addressing repeat copyright infringement and, in appropriate circumstances, terminating repeat infringers’ access or submission privileges. We may also restrict submissions or remove content that violates intellectual property rights. Knowingly materially false statements in a DMCA notice or counter-notice can carry legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
7. Other Rights and International Complaints
We also accept reports involving trademarks, privacy, publicity or likeness rights, impersonation, and non-consensual material. Please identify the specific page and right at issue and explain your connection to the person or work concerned. Such complaints may be assessed under legal frameworks other than the U.S. DMCA, including laws applicable in the rights holder’s or Website operator’s jurisdiction. This policy does not limit rights or remedies under applicable law.
If the complaint concerns a minor or non-consensual sexually explicit material, clearly mark the email URGENT — Safety / Consent Concern and provide URLs and a concise description without attaching the material itself.
8. Additional Record-Keeping Information
For U.S. adult-content record-keeping information, see our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.
